Barbering Level 3 Certificate

This exciting Level 3 course will develop your skills as a barber and teach you advanced haircutting and facial hair sculpting techniques. You will also learn shaving and face massage services to offer your clients.

During this Level 3 Barbering course, you will learn advanced hair cutting and facial hair barbering techniques as well as shaving and massage services. This will give you the perfect platform to begin your career in barbering at a high level once you've finished the course. During the course, you will learn a range of barbering skills, as well as understand how to adopt safe working practices while in the salon. You will study five key modules during this course and they will improve your ability to: * Monitor and maintain health and safety practice in the salon * Provide hairdressing consultation support for colleagues * Cut men?s hair to create a variety of looks * Cut facial hair to create a variety of looks * Provide shaving and face massage services

You will be assessed through a combination of written assignments and practical assessments.

Successful completion of the Level 2 course and GCSE English or maths at grade 4.

Once you have completed this course you will be ready to work in a barbers or unisex hair salon.
