ESTAR projects help people into learning & work

Our projects offer support to people who need a bit of support to build the skills and confidence to search for work.  Many of our projects help people to keep existing roles or move to something new. We offer ongoing mentoring and can signpost to the right support, health, wellbeing and training services.
