Course Details
The Level 2 Administration for Legal & Professional Services programme will train you in the skills, knowledge and behaviours you need to become an efficient administrator and provide high quality support in the Legal and Professional Services industries. At the end of the one-year Level 2 programme, you will be able to apply for a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship, either locally or in London.
Knowledge and Behaviours: Understanding the structure of an organisation and the fundamentals of business Learning how administrative services provide support to an organisation and contribute to workflow Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Awareness of key regulation and policies in the workplace, legal terminology and the UK legal system.
Skills: Proficiency in general administrative tasks such as filing and maintaining records, organising business travel and managing expenses, planning events, using diary management to arrange meetings Intermediate IT skills in the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook for the production of business documents and correspondence Development of interpersonal skills such as organisation, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and teamwork
