Compass+ is the tool to help you benchmark, manage, track and report on your school's careers programme all within one platform. Compass+ is available for all secondary schools and special schools. Within the Compass tool, you can self-assess and audit your current careers programme against the 8 Gatsby Benchmarks. It provides a report that can be used to plan improvements and action plans to better prepare young people for the world of work.

The Future Skills Questionnaire (FSQ) is a tool used to measure your students' career readiness. FSQ covers key aspects of knowledge, skills and attitudes that are important for successful transitions.
