Supported Employment Pathways

A supported employment pathway (SE) is a route for people with additional needs that can lead onto paid employment or further education and training.

Supported employment programmes will help you develop the transferable skills and experiences that will help you sustain employment, live independently and/or transition onto an appropriate pathway.
