ESTAR programmes can help you look for a new job or stay in your current role if you are at risk of losing it.

Talk to our Triage Team

You can book a call to talk about the support you need and we'll suggest the programme that's right for you.

Meet with your employment specialist or work coach

When you join your programme, an employment specialist or work coach will help you to identify your strengths and goals, and together you'll make a plan to get there.

Find or Improve your job

If you're looking for work, we'll help you find a job that's right for you.

If you're already in work, we can help you stay in your current role. 

We can also connect you with other support and health services if you need them.

Meet with Employers

We'll work with employers to help you find job opportunities. If you're already in work, we can help your employer make changes that support you to stay in your job.

In-work support

In some programmes if you need more support we can keep in touch as you settle into employment.
