Connect to Work is an employment programme in East Sussex, funded by the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP) that people can choose to participate in. It connects employers to a skilled, motivated and diverse workforce. The programme is designed to support people with disabilities, health conditions, and other challenges to reach their work goals and help them stay in a suitable job.
We can help employers by helping to fill a vacancy or support someone on your team who may be at risk of losing their job.
