Course Details

You'll cover subjects such as: Food safety Health and safety in catering Costs and menu planning Prepare and cook rice, pasta, egg dishes Prepare and cook poultry, meat and fish Prepare sauces, stocks and soups

How will it be delivered and assessed?

These qualifications are assessed via assignments, practical tasks, exams and/or online tests. For these qualifications you will complete practical demonstrations/synoptic exams, assignments and take a multiple choice examination.

Entry requirements

You will need to demonstrate an ability to achieve Level 1 English and maths by the end of the course through an initial assessment.
