You will learn valuable skills in site surveying, fencing, bricklaying, safe use of hand and power tools, as well as knowledge around risk assessments. Kick-start or advance your career in landscape construction with our ground-breaking Skills Bootcamp, designed with industry leaders, to equip you with essential practical, theoretical, and legislative training. Accreditation:
Emergency First Aid at Work, Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) CITB, Brush Cutter / Strimmer (Lantra), Location and Cable Avoidance Tools (CAT & Genny), Abrasive Wheel Machines (Lantra).
Duration:
3-4 days a week for 3 weeks.

The Entry to Labouring in the Construction Sector Skills Bootcamp is a 6-week construction training programme designed to help adults move quickly into labouring and entry-level construction roles. Learners will complete essential health and safety training, gain practical site-based skills, and prepare for employment within the construction industry. The programme includes support to achieve a CSCS card, employability training, and direct engagement with local employers and recruitment partners including Manpower and Vinci Construction and supply chain organisations. Delivery combines classroom learning with practical activities and employer insight sessions to ensure learners are job-ready. Learners will also receive progression support, interview opportunities, and guidance into sustainable employment.
Accreditation:
Level 1 Health & Safety in a Construction Environment, CITB Health, Safety & Environment Test preparation, and CSCS Card support. Employability and construction site readiness units, including manual handling, working safely on site, and introduction to construction operations.
Duration:
2-5 days a week for 5 weeks.
