The Early Years Skills Bootcamp is a flexible training programme run over 16 weeks designed to give participants key skills to support working in Early Years. Our programme enables participants to complete 10 modules relating to working with children aged 0-5, and will include paediatric first aid, child development, safeguarding and prevent and the Early Years Foundation Stage. Our aim is to support participants by equipping them with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to begin a rewarding career or achieve a promotion in Early Years settings including nurseries, pre-schools, childminders etc. This bootcamp follows a pathway which would enable a participant to bring this learning into employment as a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprentice or employee undertaking a diploma.

The Entry to Labouring in the Construction Sector Skills Bootcamp is a 6-week construction training programme designed to help adults move quickly into labouring and entry-level construction roles. Learners will complete essential health and safety training, gain practical site-based skills, and prepare for employment within the construction industry. The programme includes support to achieve a CSCS card, employability training, and direct engagement with local employers and recruitment partners including Manpower and Vinci Construction and supply chain organisations. The Small Animal Hydrotherapy Skills Bootcamp - Level 4 Certificate in Canine Hydrotherapy for Musculoskeletal Practitioners is aimed at aspiring hydrotherapists who are already in the animal therapies industry e.g. currently working as a veterinary physiotherapist.
Learners will engage in reflective practice, enhance their clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills and understand the importance of working within their scope of practice. They will recognise the legal, ethical, and professional standards, obligations, and accountability required of a professional canine hydrotherapist. Learners will gain knowledge of the optimum design of the hydrotherapy suite, sustainable practice models, and current health and safety standards in canine hydrotherapy. Learners will also understand the contextual nature of canine behaviour, the ethical responsibility of working with consent, and the importance of Therapeutic Handling techniques in hydrotherapy.
Additionally, learners will learn about canine functional anatomy and biomechanics, Learners will demonstrate clinical risk assessment skills, risk rating, health monitoring, and emergency canine first aid, as well as assessment processes, clinical reasoning, and advanced hydrotherapy treatment techniques. Finally, learners will develop skills in evaluating and analysing hydrotherapy water management.
