If you’re worried about how your health is impacting your ability to start, stay in or return to work, WorkWell is here to support you.
To access the support, you must:
- Be aged 16 or over
- Be living in East Sussex (or registered with an East Sussex GP)
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have a National Insurance number
- Be experiencing health issues or disabilities that are affecting your ability to start or stay in work.
