Are you 16+ and living in East Sussex? Level Up offers free, one-to-one support to help you move closer to employment, develop your skills or sustain work. Whether you're unemployed or need additional support to achieve your work goals, a dedicated advisor will guide you every step of the way, including:

• CV writing and job applications
• Interview preparation
• Action planning and goal setting
• Training and qualification opportunities
• Budgeting and financial wellbeing support
• Personal development
• Employment guidance tailored to your needs

As part of the programme, you may also be able to access additional support and workshops, such as: 

• LinkedIn guidance
• Canva skills sessions
• AI awareness - the dos and don'ts of using AI
• Financial health checks to help maximise income and manage budgets
• Self-care essentials and confidence-building support
