Course Summary
If you are interested in working in Front of House, in a restaurant then this course is for you.
You will gain the skills you need to deliver a great dining experience.
You'll learn essential skills in areas like food service, food safety, handling payments, bookings, serving hot and cold beverages, bar service and menu design.

You will be assessed in a variety of methods, including practical observations and assignment based theory tasks
Entry requirements
Minimum two grade 2 at GCSE including English and/or maths.
