Course Summary

Part two of our Vegetarian Gourmet course will give you even more inspiration, tips, and recipes for you to try at home. You'll cook a range of tasty meals as well as desserts, meaning meat-free Monday is here to stay! Learners over 19. If you are under 19, please contact the college for advice.

How will it be delivered and assessed?

Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans, as specified by RARPA
