Course Summary
This other part of our vegetarian course includes twice baked cheese souffl�s, mushroom pancakes, spinach and cheese cannelloni, savoury bread and butter pudding, sweetcorn fritters with avocado salsa. The cost of ingredients will be approximately �6-�10 per week. Please bring an apron, dish cloth and tea towel. Tutor: TBC

Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans, as specified by RARPA
