If you are interested in the craft of fermentation and want to produce delicious foods, then this introduction to Fermentation is for you. You will learn the history of fermentation, the science behind the process, and the modern day considerations to diet, health and social and ethical cooking. You will also have a go at creating your own Sauerkraut, Miso, Kimchi, and Sourdoughs.
