Sweet Desserts

This course features classic desserts - like: coffee Semifreddo or chocolate tart. Poached peaches with zabaglione or lemon tart or apple and blueberry. Choux buns or raspberry parfait. Coconut lime pie or souffl�s . Mini banofee pies or pear and chocolate pies and lots more.It will also teach you tricks and techniques for stunning presentation. Approximate costs of ingredients to buy will be �6-�8 per week. Please bring an apron, dish cloth and tea towel to each session. Tutor: John Kittle

Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans, as specified by RARPA

Some courses will offer progression routes, there may also be an opportunity to join other associated courses or clubs. This will be discussed during the last lesson.
