Supported Apprenticeship

Supported Apprenticeships give young people with learning disabilities and autism the opportunity to train “on the job” in paid apprenticeship placements.

We operate our apprenticeships across East Sussex and Kent.
Working closely with specialist education providers, employers and the apprentices themselves, we ensure that all apprenticeships are equally rewarding for all parties.

In fact, our apprenticeships have been so well-received that we featured in a case study for the National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi).

Our apprenticeships are supported by The National Lottery Reaching Communities funding.
