Course Summary

If you love baking but struggle with decorating your cakes, then join us for this short course where we'll show you to finish off your masterpieces like a pro. You'll learn sugarcraft and cake decorating techniques through demonstration and hands-on experience in our friendly and supportive class. This course is aimed at adult learners. If you are under 19, please contact the college for advice.

How will it be delivered and assessed?

Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans, as specified by RARPA
