Course Summary
This course covers dishes from Japan, China, Vietnam, Malaya and
Sri Lanka. From Singapore noodles to sushi, crispy duck to terikayi spare ribs, crab and pork spring rolls and five spice chicken . Come and sample some fragrant flowers from the Far East. Approximate costs of ingredients to buy will be �8-�12 per week.

Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions and where appropriate through the use of individuals learning plans.
