Daytime/working hours
During the first session your will be able to start designing your project. The teacher will also go over some of the materials required for the projects and where to get them. We also recommend that you purchase some nippers and a glass cutter. You can get these from Topps Tiles and Homebase.
College will provide tile adhesive and grout.
Course Summary
During this fun and creative course, we'll show you how to make beautiful mosaics. We'll start with some basic techniques for cutting glass and build up to grouting and finishing.
This course is aimed at adult learners. If you are under 19, please contact the college for advice.
How will it be delivered and assessed?
Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans, as specified by RARPA
