Course Summary
Join us for this year-long course, where you will be able to learn about working in health and social care. There are five exciting topics, plus two optional units that will improve your knowledge in safeguarding and protection, equality and diversity, and human growth and development.
How will it be delivered and assessed?
You need to produce a portfolio of evidence consisting of assignments, presentations, reports and practical tasks.
Your next steps...
You could progress onto a Level 3 programme to develop your knowledge and understanding, or you may choose to go into the workplace and undertake an apprenticeship, or study an Access to HE course and progress to University.
Alternatively, you may begin working in a care environment and start working towards your care certificate on the job
