You will be required to purchase your ingredients for each session which will cost approximately �4-�6 each week.

Course Summary

You will make fabulous Pea and Pancetta risotto, ricotto and cherry cheese cake, chicken cacciatore, affogato parfait, lemon and ricotto tart, venetian rice pudding pots, artichoke and olive calzones and lots more. Good practical help with lots of useful tips. Approximate costs of ingredients to buy will be �4-�6 per week. Please bring an apron, dish cloth and tea towel to each session. Tutor: John Kittle

Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans, as specified by RARPA
