Course Summary
Join us for this Level 1 course to learn a range of interpersonal and counselling skills. You'll develop your listening and communication and understand how prejudices and value judgements impact our everyday life. Entry is only open to those over the age of 18 at the course start date.
How will it be delivered and assessed?
The course offers continual assessment from tutor and peers. Final assessment is via a portfolio consisting of skills feedback, self-assessment and learning journal. This course is NCFE accredited

This course can provide a pathway to counsellor training and leads to the Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills. Alternatively, participants will gain valuable transferable skills in the workplace
