Indian Head Massage Level 3 Certificate

This course will qualify you to perform a professional 45 minute Indian Head Massage. Based on ancient Ayurvedic principles, Indian Head Massage helps to relieve stress, reduce tension and improve flexibility in the shoulders, neck and arms. It boosts circulation which can help to reduce hair loss, premature balding and greying, and relieves scalp conditions. Performed over clothing, Indian Head Massage focuses on the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp, face and ears using a range of different techniques

You will be required to build a portfolio of evidence which identifies the development of practical skills. You will be required to complete 3 formal observations. Knowledge and understanding will be assessed by two external papers

Look to extend you qualification by adding Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Massage or beauty therapy to your qualification, all offering on a part time basis
