Course Summary
If you're looking to add a little je ne sais quoi to your cooking, then you should join us for our French cooking class. You'll be able to create dishes such as classic cassoulet, chicken with apples and calvados, provencal fish soup, rillettes of duck, onion tart, and Pate de Campagne - rural French cooking at its best.
