Course Summary

Join us for part two of our fish and seafood masterclass and learn how to make even more of our local bounty! Learn how to create crab tart, fragrant fish, cook with hake, gurnard, and squid, and enjoy a session on smoking fish. 19 plus learners. If you are under 19, please contact the college for advice.

How will it be delivered and assessed?

Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans, as specified by RARPA
