You will be required to purchase your ingredients for each session which will cost approximately �8-�12 each week.
Course Summary
With a wealth of fish virtually on our doorstep, we can make more of this bounty. This course teaches you what to buy, what to look for and how to prepare fish, crustacea and shellfish, turning them into fantastic dishes that will include: crab linguine, mussel pilaf, sole with leeks and ginger, Sussex smokie and posh fish cakes. The approximate cost of ingredients to buy will be �8-�12 per week . Please bring an apron, tea towel and dish cloth to each session. Tutor: TBC

Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans, as specified by RARPA
