Course Summary
This course features delicious desserts-scrummy puddings, melt in the mouth pastries, chocolate heaven , souffl�s and mousses, sticky toffee cake, frangipane tart and cr�me Brulee. It will also teach you tricks and techniques for stunning presentation. Approximate cost of ingredients to buy will be �6-�8 per week .
