Course Summary
This is a class where we will alternate between contemporary and jazz techniques. Within contemporary, you will develop a physical skill in lyrical movement while also engaging with gentle floor work. The jazz sessions will consist of learning basic techniques and direct repertoire from famous jazz pieces over history.
