Another batch of curries to excite your taste buds � Beef rendang, Pork satay, Paneer in chilli tomato sauce, Thai red prawn curry, Lamb samosas, Singapore chicken and lots more. Approximate costs of ingredients to buy will be �8-�12 per week. Please bring an apron, dish cloth and tea towel to each session. Tutor: TBC

Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans, as specified by RARPA
