Course Summary
The first part of our course for curry enthusiast � each week we will make a main meal plus accompaniments. Dishes include: Green Chicken Curry, Lamb Tagine, Kashmiri Chicken, Samosas, Koftas, Thai Fish Cakes and lots more. Approximate costs of ingredients to buy will be �8-�12 per week. Please bring an apron, dish cloth and tea towel to each session. Tutor: TBC

Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans, as specified by RARPA
