You will be required to purchase your ingredients for each session which will cost approximately �8-12 each week.
Course Summary
From Tuscany to Sicily � of course we do handmade pasta as well as biscotti, risotto primavera, Tuscan bean soup, focaccia, tiramisu, Torrone Molle, gnocchi and not a pizza in sight. Approximate costs of ingredients to buy will be �8-�12 per week. Please bring an apron, dish cloth and tea towel to each session. Tutor: TBC
