You will be required to purchase your ingredients for each session which will cost approximately �6-�8 each week.
Course Summary
You will make Christmas panna cotta, shortbread, mince pies, marzipan Eccles tarts, cinnamon rolls, sticky toffee pear pudding, Christmas cake loaf. Delicious Christmas brownies, Bailey custard tart with honeycomb and lots more. Approximate costs of ingredients to buy will be �6-�8 per week. Please bring an apron, dish cloth and tea towel to each session. Tutor: John Kittle

Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans, as specified by RARPA
