You will be required to purchase your ingredients for each session which will cost approximately �4-�6 each week.
Course Summary
You will make fabulous handmade olive oil bread, sun dried tomato rolls, iced finger buns, amaretti biscuits, coffee and chocolate sherry cake, coffee kisses, golden syrup flapjacks and lots more. Good practical help with lots of useful tips. Approximate costs of ingredients to buy will be �4-�6 per week. Please bring an apron, dish cloth and tea towel to each session. Tutor: John Kittle

Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans, as specified by RARPA
