This is a course for those who want to learn basic food preparation and cooking methods. Under guidance of a professional chef you will cover fish and meat preparation, sauces and pastry. Increase your confidence and understanding of techniques and skills and produce better food. The approximate cost of ingredients to buy will be �8-�10 per week.
