Course Summary
Candidates will acquire knowledge about the full range of products required to successfully demonstrate Barista skills, explore the origin of products and some of the processes the drinks go through, from growing to final presentation of finished beverage.
How will it be delivered and assessed?
The knowledge acquired will result in written tests and a practical assessment will take place in the fifth & final week producing the following beverages in timed conditions:
� 1 espresso
� 1 cappuccino
� 1 caf� latte
� 1 filter coffee
� 1 tea (any type)
� 1 hot chocolate (powder based)
� 1 smoothie (banana based).
