Course Summary
Join us for this enjoyable, hands-on course where you will learn how to make a range of hot and cold beverages perfectly.
How will it be delivered and assessed?
We will assess your progress with a written and practical assessment. The practical will require you to produce the following beverages in timed conditions: an espresso, a cappuccino, a cafe latte, a filter coffee, a tea (of any type), a hot chocolate (powder-based), and a smoothie (banana-based).
