Barbering Level 3 Diploma

This barbering course is our most advanced, designed for qualified barbers at level 2. You will refine and advance from your current skills by moving onto creative cutting and styling techniques including shapes and patterns in the hair and the intricate specialist work of cutting facial hair. You will also learn the growing demand for the traditional , hot towel wet shave experience including facial massage and the use of hot and cold towels, finally, to compliment the suite of units you will study and develop skills in colouring and lightening of hair. The purpose of this qualification is to develop your practical skills to a high level of occupational ability to enable you to perform your own salon services.

You will be required to build up a portfolio of evidence, complete a range of assignments. You will be assessed on live models for your practical assessments Underpinning knowledge will be assessed by passing external written papers.

You can work in a barbers or on a self employed basis
